About Cornell Jacobs
Cornell Jacobs is a leading Biokineticist and performance specialist with a strong foundation in both elite sport and practical, results-driven training.
With an Honours degree from the University of Pretoria and experience working alongside top-tier rugby structures, including the Blue Bulls, Cornell brings high-performance principles into a real-world fitness environment.
Based in Tzaneen, he has built a respected biokinetics practice focused on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and optimising human performance. His work with athletes and schools has delivered consistent, measurable success—over 40 athletes have earned Limpopo colours, more than 20 have competed at South African Nationals, and 10 have achieved national representation. This track record reflects his ability to develop both peak performance and long-term physical resilience.
As the founder of one of Tzaneen’s longest-running bootcamp programmes, Cornell has spent over a decade helping individuals of all fitness levels train smarter, move better, and perform at their best. At Fairview FitLab, Cornell plays a central role in defining a performance-first training standard—where science meets application, and every programme is built with intent.
As a co-creator of FitLab, he brings together clinical precision and practical training to deliver a premium, results-driven environment focused on one outcome: measurable progress.
